The USMLE exam is becoming more multimedia based exam, with increasing images, sounds and even video clips. There is a huge potential for wonderful flowcharts and pictures, but this book contains none of them. There are no image questions, no arrow questions. This book is way too expensive for what it delivers. Major drawbacks of this book are its price and absolute lack of images. This book is probably more useful to students who started their preparation with Kaplan lecture notes, especially before they start an other online qbank. On a mobile device tap on the empty score field, then enter your score. The mean and standard deviation values can be found on your USMLE score report. This is a bit contradictory to other qbanks. All the questions are organized in subject-wise fashion instead of being system-wise. The quality of questions are really good. This is a good "initial" qbank for anyone preparing for usmle step 1.
